Freshdesk (Freshworks Ireland Limited, 2 Shelbourne Building, 2nd Floor, Shelbourne Rd, Dublin 4, Ireland) handles support tickets. Data: emails, queries, contact info. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interests. Opt-out: contact us to close tickets.

Not with standing any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or If you have not purchased any paid services through the Service, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
